2. Early Access & Waitlist

Joining the waitlist allows you to express interest in our upcoming product. We reserve the right to accept or reject any entry at our sole discretion. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta product.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nexus and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nexus.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service.

In no event shall Nexus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
